Alex- Alex Jump originally hails from Chattanooga, TN, where she grew up breathing Southern hospitality. A BAR-5 Day graduate, Alex honed her skills by working behind and running bar programs at multiple James Beard nominated restaurants. She has competed in multiple national competitions including Speed Rack, Lustau Solera Standout, Heaven Hill Bartender of the Year, & Bombay Sapphire Most Imaginative Bartender. A year after moving Denver Alex joined the opening team of Death & Co Denver in 2018 as the Head Bartender. She was one of Punch’s Bartenders in Residence in 2019 and most recently she was nominated for Bartender of the Year at the 2020 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. In early 2020 after competing in Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender and forming the idea for Focus on Health, an initiative dedicated to bringing health & wellness to the forefront of the hospitality world, Alex joined forces with Lauren Paylor to bring this idea to life. Together they are working towards creating better lives for those who work in the food & beverage industry. Outside of work, Alex enjoys practicing yoga, doting on her dog, Julep, and riding motorcycles with her friends.

Devon- Devon Tarby began her career as a bartender at world-renowned cocktail bar The Varnish, located in Downtown Los Angeles. Today, she is a partner at Proprietors LLC, a full-service hospitality firm that owns, operates, and consults on a myriad of projects within the beverage sphere. Over the last five years, Devon and her partners have consulted on over two dozen bar openings and beverage programs both in the US and abroad. In addition to leading all aspects of consulting work for the company, Devon also directs training, education, and beverage development for clients. Devon lives in Los Angeles, CA with her fiancé, Alejandro Guzmán.

Shannon- Shannon Tebay's experience in the hospitality industry spans more than a decade. A  New Mexico native, Shannon originally came to New York City for graduate school in visual arts, but found herself enamored with the world of food of beverage. The French Culinary Institute alum has applied her training in pastry arts to craft cocktails, incorporating various techniques and developing uniquely creative flavor profiles to her lengthy list of original drinks. Shannon currently holds the role of Head Bartender at Manhattan’s esteemed cocktail bar, Death & Company, where she has worked for the past six years.
