What is this “Proposition 65” warning I see on some product pages?
Due to the requirements of California’s Proposition 65, we have developed a thorough policy for ensuring the Prop 65 Warning is properly displayed to consumers. This policy includes displaying the Prop 65 warning on all product detail pages, printing the Prop 65 warning on all pack slips, regardless of the state the order is shipping to, placing Prop 65 stickers on all products, as well as including Prop 65 warning inserts in orders. Furthermore, we have added Prop 65 warning language to all order confirmation emails and shipping emails. Our comprehensive effort in support of Prop 65 is purposeful and ensures proper warning to all consumers in California and beyond.
How do I know if a product is dishwasher safe?
All of our glassware and cocktail mugs are deemed dishwasher safe, but you always run the risk of breakage when dishwashing any fragile item, so we recommend washing these items by hand to eliminate this risk. Our Freezer Bar Bottles and gunmetal-finished metallic tools should be washed by hand. Stainless-steel tools are dishwasher safe.
I added more than $100 to my shopping cart. Why doesn’t my order qualify for free shipping?
Certain products—including books and cocktail mugs—are not eligible for free shipping due to their excessive weight and packaging needs. There is an indication of this exception in bold or italics on the bottom of the product pages.
Where can I use gift cards? Can they be exchanged?
Gift cards for Death & Co bars are not accepted on the Death & Co Market webstore. Death & Co Market gift cards are redeemable for merchandise purchased online from the Market; they are not redeemable at our bars. Both types of gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and most of Europe. If you are in a country where we do not currently ship, please reach out to our customer care team at info@deathandcompany.com
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 5 business days after your order is placed. We ship from California and it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. Please keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation, which will arrive via email once your order has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
Check your email for your Shipping Confirmation which includes your tracking number. If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation within 5 days after placing your order, email us at info@deathandycompanymarket.com and we’ll provide you with an update.
I have a promo code; where do I use it?
If you’d like to use a promo or discount code for your order, you’ll be able to do so at checkout.
Can I use multiple promo/discount codes for the same order?
Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same order. If some of your items receive an automatic discount (such as 15% glassware bundles), you may still enter a promo code, but the store will automatically select the discount that saves you the most money.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you aren’t completely happy with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or complete refund. Email us at info@deathandcompanymarket.com to start the process.
My package was stolen. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but is not at your designated delivery address you will need to contact USPS, our shipping provider, with details of your shipment, and inform them your package was not delivered. Once packages are marked as delivered it is the responsibility of USPS to locate your package or reimburse you, provided the package is missing. Please either call your local USPS to submit a ticket, or reach out to them via their contact form.
