As Islay Dying
¾ ounce Laphroaig 10-year scotch
¾ ounce The Botanist gin
¾ ounce Dolin blanc vermouth
¾ ounce Dolin dry vermouth
1 teaspoon Dolin Génépy des Alpes
2 dashes absinthe
Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Express the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
