Dandylion
“The Dandylion started as an observation: on my walk to work in Denver, dandelions kept pushing up through the grass—bright, cheerful, impossible to ignore—and I wanted to make a drink that felt like that. St-Germain and Midori do most of the talking in this vodka daisy, layering elderflower, honeydew, and stone fruit into something pretty and a little effusive, while a touch of green chile vodka sharpens the midpalate and keeps it from going too soft. A single dash of absinthe in the background gives the whole thing just enough lift. Yes, dandelions are technically weeds, but they’re also one of the first signs that something good is coming.” —DS
