The Scenic Route
A bright, bracing detour from the classic dry martini, the Scenic Route pairs blanco tequila’s mineral edge with dill aquavit’s savory depth, lifted by crisp green apple and rounded with a hint of gentian. The result is elegant, aromatic, and quietly adventurous—a journey worth taking more than once.
The Scenic Route
1 ounce G4 blanco tequila
1 ounce 64 Reykjavik dill aquavit
1 ounce Dolin blanc vermouth
¼ ounce Massenez Liqueur de Pomme Verte green apple liqueur
½ teaspoon Salers Gentian apéritif
Stir all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. No garnish.
