"This drink was very much inspired by the delicate floral quality of the Roku gin. It’s slightly boozier than a 50-50 martini but the juiciness of the Lillet Rosé helps keep it balanced and crushable and approachable—a good crowd-pleasing, easily scalable martini that should appeal both to the diehards and the martini-curious." —MB
