Espresso Martini
Few cocktails have made a comeback quite like the Espresso Martini. Once a relic of the late-night '90s, it’s now a fixture at our bars—and the most requested off-menu drink we serve. But what makes a great one? Clean vodka, proper technique, and a coffee syrup that delivers true depth. We partnered with Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. to create a coffee syrup that hits all the marks: concentrated flavor, balanced sweetness, and just enough bite to carry the drink. This streamlined spec delivers a rich, foamy, ice-cold cocktail with no espresso machine required. Just shake hard and serve fast.
Espresso Martini
2 ounces vodka
1½ ounces Death & Co x Jack Rudy Coffee Syrup
Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the coffee beans.
