Espresso Martini & Tonic
This drink started as a playful provocation: what if an Espresso Martini could be bright, tall, and refreshing? Built on the structure of a G&T, this recipe swaps vodka for gin and stretches the classic template with tonic, giving the drink lift and length. The combination of coffee liqueur and our Death & Co x Jack Rudy Coffee Syrup delivers rich cold brew flavor, while a whisper of raspberry eau-de-vie adds a delicate berry finish. It’s a caffeinated highball with unexpected elegance—our answer to summer’s most unlikely craving.
Espresso Martini & Tonic
3 ounces Fever Tree tonic
1¼ ounces Fords gin
1½ ounces Mr. Black Cold Brew coffee liqueur
1 ounce Death & Co x Jack Rudy Coffee Syrup
½ teaspoon Clear Creek framboise (raspberry) eau-de-vie
Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice cubes and add the tonic. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain into the glass. No garnish.
